But as said, pushed my shoulder up from years of sitting in a bad position, and that's now out of reach
Life sucks, but oh well. I haven't been treating myself as I should, and now I am looking at the result

. But I can't think of many things that at your age could be causing severe back pain. I know my father got arthritis at around your age, but that mainly jacked up his hands so I doubt that's it-but still should get checked out.
