I see a 23 hour or 25 hour game clock as fair to all.
That said;
Does affect alot of features in the game?
Yes.
Will it change certain stats?
Yes
Does it address the current bias issue of the fixed 24 hour clock?
I believe it does.
To best deal with it, a timer clock (like in the markets) would be prudent and necessary.
I recall long ago when I was a newbie, the 24 hours in real life represented one year in game time. To see the game now, it seems quite skewed, but meh, it's a game!
The world of Avonmora is a fantasy world, and thus shouldn't be limited by the confines of real life's 24 hour clock.
This type of clock change will put a new perspective on the game; some strategies may not work as well, while other new ones materialize.
My point is, look hard for a solution to address the issue and move things forward; if you do not like one solution, do say so, then try and come up with a different one to put on the table as well.
