I think you missed the point of me bringing up donations. Let me make it a bit simpler for you...

10 people rent a boat for a fishing trip. At the last minute, the type of fish they are going for has to change. The people who rented it dont really care and are just looking forward to fishing together.

On the way to the boat a random guy walking down the street just starts going off about, how dare they change the fish, the location, he is sooooo pist off.

So they laugh at him, let him know that while he can voice his opinion, he has no stake in the trip so everything he says is just noise.

I think i got everything, anyone?

So you see, its not that you cant have an opinion, its just that you didnt donate, didnt help organize it, and didnt get picked... so all your complaining about something your not a part of is just noise to everyone else. It just sounds bitter, and your better than that

PS... you want to donate 300mil? If you do, I will kick in another 50mil in your name.

no i will donate my way as i said and since you didnt contribute and i donate 100 percent and you refused to participate (you can cast some if you like) and you may think its a disaster i want to remind you its my donation and i expect you to sit back stfu and tell me how great i did
i will be doing it for the delight of the community so i expect cheers from you as well since it is my donation and while the community was not why you donated or participated i dont expect you to understand just do as your told by the donator and it will be all gravy

i can make it a yearly or quarterly event for the communities delight if you like

or you can say it was a train wreck wasnt for the community and quit pretending it was great

either way we both know the truth but i am willing to return one great event that sucked for another cause im that generous of a guy

donating money which you receive back isnt really for the community its a pretty picture and makes things look good for the one donating which is why you mentioned it multiple times when everyone else is content to have it on paper for all to see

i posted that intent two posts back for you trying to tell me i as a member of the community need to stfu because i didnt donate
which means in your tyrannical frame of mind you just arent getting it
so if i create my event and tell you to stfu smile and its a wonderful turd you may see the error of your tyranny
if not i am willing to do it until you do
and youre right i dont have anything you can attack and thats why i play the way i do because as i said im not a politician so i say and do what i want
including that this event sucked and no matter how many times you say you donated it still sucked


as for people telling you what to do just tell em to stfu you donated i think it will work as well with them as it did here lol

Anyone who wishes to speak about the draft can do so here and discuss things to keep the captains board clean.

First round is finished rather quickly.
Shame DTT had to drop out. Since we be working with one less captain, perhaps the remaining 4 should get a few extra picks? Would like to know what the community think about that idea. Something like an extra 2 picks each or something.

then by 8:30 and two posts later you have this

Edit One-updated with Feniks pick-and Feniks get's a steal with the infamous Black Sparrow. I had him pegged to be a first round pick, shocked to see that I was wrong. granted still got 2 right

Edit Two-Pro's added in. You guys trying to set a record of finishing the draft in one day or something

so in 14 minutes PR, a little self serving tyrant, and a donator hijacked an event without any input from the community


then try to subdue a voice of opposition speaking reasonably by using pointed personal attacks and an attempt to control that voice with inappropriate threats of a speaking ban and a childish attempt of ownership and some leverage of more importance due to a donation

so explain to me how in a 14 minute hijack how the community was represented or that their opinion was valued
the fact is that it wasnt in 14 minutes what occurred was an intentional snub to the community
argue all you want but the facts are there

im not even going to look for the post about im donating a 4th of the prizes post because thats as irrelevant and stupid as needing suzys permission to post in a tavern topic


SO when you get through fat mouthing it will not change the motive or method that was used to snub the community and the culprits for that crappy behavior and this crappy draft is easy to see

I agree it will be a good one yalls teams may beat mine in forums but on the water we would kick yalls asx lol
