How can a ship FIGHT and WIN a battle at - 14.5 Health Points?

Yeah that's weird as hell, the fight though is simpe, you can't attack with sails so nil guns nil damage

Good Sir... It had full Crew, full Cannons and all 60 Attributes were placed...

Maybe all the crew was in quarantine though.
