as for the 8-track the first car i stole had an 8-track (my mom's 66' executive model Pontiac) unfortunately i could not see well enough to back it out of the woods i drove into so my 2 years younger and 4 inches taller sister had to back it out of the woods and mud. i still sometimes hear about it from 33 years ago when my sister wants to rub it in...i was 13 she was 11

i do remember my mom using an 8-track to cassette converter and latter even casset to CD walkman to 8-Track in the aforementioned car
