There wasa negotiated cease fire while IoM were to vote. Spain has a mandate for 6 ports and is content with the flag placement as it stands currently.

Unfortunately, the Man don't see it quite the same way.

Their claim is we should have accepted peace when they offered it.
The timeline for that is not very clear however, the Spanish mandate had not been filled as voted by council of this we for certain.
It really is convenient for IoM knowing Spain really does not want a large port holding so they can control the spending we must make to retain our mandate. The fighting could stop anytime the Man chooses.

Of course you see other little nations jumping in when the Man is distracted elsewhere with Spain. To be expected I guess.
