It really depends on the person and the size of the loan. I am not as aggressive as some lenders because I don't NEED to lend the money. Do I like to make a little extra coin? Absolutely.

As an example though, I lent out 50 million recently at 7% on a 365 day term. I have also did 80 million on a 730 day term at 6%. If it is someone I do not have a lot of confidence or a new player then 3 things tend to happen, I don't lend as much, its a shorter term, and a higher interest rate. So then it might be 10-20 million at 180 days for 9%.
