I'll be contributing my standard 10m to Team Captains (5M to 1st place, 2M 2nd place, 1M for 3rd 4th & 5th) which I will pay out at the end of the competition myself.

I mean something like (the following are just examples, not suggestions)
a different number of people per team
a different picking scheme (not the serpentine)
a different goal than "making the best team" (could be maybe "making the best one-country-only team" or other different aims)
not the usual rookie pick, but maybe rookie captains or rookies only
I mean something different of what Fantasy Draft have been used to.
