Your absolutely correct. But All of TPK have ships and assets to hit, yet Dman still proceeds to go after new players we are associated with. I still havn't caught anything but failed CB attempts. Yet TMN still catches all the flack. Im not witch doctoring it by anymeans.

This is where the problem lies.

We are supposed to promote teamwork and community but this style of play gives few options for players,

A) become WD and not care what happens to friends and guild mates

Or

B) go solo and have no acquaintances

However, I asked a great question the other day that never got answered. What defines a newb? Is a player with 100+ ships, millions in gc in purse a newb?

My opinion is if they decide to hit you on the plunder board, be it a week in game or a month..... they are no longer under protected status.
