I'm almost tempted to ask Captain Jack to put me on his payroll-taking care of roleplays, my guild, and moderation is going to keep me very busy-thank god I have nothing better to do :D

Are you referring to SSAA? Because we do try to teach plunder and offensive playstyles as well. Its just generally a lot of new comers prefer trading, and I generally urge new players to trade for a while, learn how the game works and build up some gold and voodoo before engaging with other players. Not very easy to be a pirate with only a few sloops, little voodoo and no backbone.

Curious as to why I am in this photo, and whining like a little baby. I take issue with the perception being given concerning myself. Can't speak for the others.

That is how you saw that whole thing go down?

Let's review then, for the sake of those who don't know what happened...

You cast voodoo on me to expose my fleets, and then saw I had a good amount of gold on hand, so you took it.

I logged on and saw that I had been raided by a member of a nation with whom I thought Kiribati had good relations and a standing peace treaty.

I contacted the leaders of France to gauge the current status of our relationship, referring to a raid I had endured from one of her members.

In the mean time you and I exchange a few messages in which you basically tell me you are a pirate with a flag. I reference that as a member of France, you represent France on certain levels and I take issue with one of her members raiding myself or any of Kiribati's nation members.

Leaders of France are not pleased with your actions and did not sanction them. Next thing I know you are out of the nation, so I assume you did not approve of their opinion on your actions. Take note I did not request any action against you at all, I simply was concerned that one of their members had raided a member of our nation and I valued the peace treaty we have between our two nations.

So where in all of that do you have any perception of me whining over a raid? I am a merchant player, and know the costs. My only concern ever expressed was that a major raid came from an ally. Nothing more.

Your perception of me as a whining merchant in this situation says more about you than it does me.
