You are conflating Shadowood with some kind of weasel, like Suzy Q.

Unless what he meant was its unfair to have shadow delegate and serve as a captain as that means he will be forced to do more work then usual. But managing the draft wouldn't give him any advantage that I can think of anyway.

Well if shadow thinks he can handle it more power to him. If he would like though, I'm sure there are plenty of others who would gladly take over management, I'd be willing if nothing else, but its up to him though-I'm sure he loves managing it and I think he's capable of doing both.

I believe I will be ok with being both a Captain and keeping up running the event. My activity level during this period quite high just to stay on top of the captains picks. And being 1 of those captains, actually frees up time as I don't have to manage myself.

As far as the question on the start date...

Right now, judging on how the stars are aligning, it looks like March 12th...

If somethings free up, it may be bumped to March 5th/6th.
