I disagree with the entire premise of this topic. Yes topics can go off the rails, but you are painting this as we just ganged up on Natsu/Suzy Q and derailed the topic because he posted.

Natsu/Suzy Q creates the situations in which responses are garnered towards him. The other topic is a perfect example. The first sentence of his response was more than adequate of a response. He chose to then take aim at PRO and Nelson, which was an invitation for others to toss right back at him. The problems he has are of his own making.

As well, players don't just take aim at every post he makes. Case and Point, Fantasy Draft Chit Chat III. Natsu/Suzy Q has posted within the chat without any comments being directed at him.


On a side note, the "Heads Up" topic wasn't exactly what I would call a clear and cut discussion on any particular topic. It should have been in the UoH based on the first post. Additionally if it was a game discussion on WDs, it should have been in the Game Discussion Section of Forums and not the Tavern.

Yeah, honestly if I had remembered I could move topics, I probably would have just moved it and not bothered with this thread-still a bit new to being a moderator and I forget some of the things I can do. I do agree natsu has a bad habit of saying too much or saying the wrong thing, and its true you reap what you sow. I just figured making a topic dedicated to ranting and raving about whatever might help keep this stuff out of other topics. Again I am by now means saying you can't post insults or complaints elsewhere, in fact it would be boring and unfun for me to try to force that on everyone, and I would never want to moderate that heavily-its both too much work and would be a really rude thing to do.

I apologize if it seems like I'm over moderating, or If I'm abusing my power-trust me when I say that is the last thing I want to do, and I thank all of you who posted so far telling me what you think. I will tone it down in the future.

Ok well when I levi your SOTLs to the sea bed, it will be in the past. So you shouldn't seek retribution or retaliation, because that would be holding a grudge and you need to move on.
