Ellen nods.

Yeah, I think they are mainly after Jack. And don't worry about Emmie she's fine. Just lost a little too much blood.

Emily says in a tired voice.

Yeah, I actually didn't get a scratch on me-well aside from the ones I gave myself. Regardless, a quick little potion and some rest and ill be back in tip top shape.

Ellen moves past Morgan and goes into her room. She sets Emily down and begins making a potion. She says to Morgan.

Be careful when you leave-they might be after you too, so keep an eye out.

Jack walks into the nastiest part of town, the men stare at him, dumfounded. Several men back away. Jack stands on a wooden crate and looks around, drunkenly.

Good sirs, I was wondering if you would like to make some money.

Morgan smiles

I appreciat concern sister but as long as I have my trusty Sulong I'll be ok. You saw yourself that I am very agile heck I think that this lady here looks twoards emily is only one whom is on paar with my speed.

I know potions take some time to prepare and she looks quiet pale and exhousted. You should really be careful with how you use cursed blade. Deamons residing in cursed blade often eat on souls and life span of a wielder if you don't have willpower to resist constant use of voodoo you are dead.

This will hurt a little but it will help you until potion is prepared.

Morgan pulls out Sulong and stabs his finger while chanting.

Oh mighty serpant that chose me as thy master listen to my request and share your strenght and stamina. Rapiér start to tremble while eyes on hilt snakes starts to glow red.

Morgan grabs Emilys hand and stabs it with his blood on the tip

I hate do this since it hurts but with my blood mixing in your you'll recive powerful surge of stamina flowing into you.

After keeping his sword in emilys hand for few seconds Morgan presses wound on emily hand with his eyes closed and him mumbling something.

There it will heal in 2 days you can put it in bandage if you want or in a gloves just try not to cut open that wound since it will be hard to stop bleeding since no voodoo or medication works on it expect ancient voodoo chanted by master of Serpant.

Morgan stands up put huge smile on his face facing twoards Emily

You will be just fine you are strong maybe even on paar with me.

Sister prepare potion for her and call me if you need anything if I am not in my room then I will be at governors office that scumbag won't accept no as an answer until I don't say it face to face with Sulong under his neck. Look at me I am talking too much, well I am out of here she's going to be ok

Emily says in a quiet voice.

Thanks for the help, but it wasn't so much my soul hurting as just blood loss. That blood armor trick I do? that takes about 1 pint of blood to make. And in the last 24 hours I had used it 4 times. so I am missing a little under half my blood. Though thanks for the spell, I appreciate it.

Ellen finishes mixing the potion before she takes Emily's knife, and adds some of her own blood into it. Emily drinks it up and color starts to return to her face. She yawns.

Well I'm gonna take a nap. By the time I wake up I should be in much better shape.

Ellen closes and locks the door and watches over her sister as she slumbers.

Morgan walks into his room and locks the door.

What am I doing, I haven't been this wild and reckless since my younger days.

I haven't used this much voodoo since I returned from that vilage where that old witch doctor tought me everything I know about voodoo.

Lays down on the bed starts to think outloud

That girl is reckless and crazy. I know that us wielders of cursed blades are cursed to be bloodlusted animals whom seeks blood and then more blood. She is pushing herself too much at this rate she will be dead in a year or so if she continues this rampage behavioure.

I can't help it I guess I see myself in her. If I didn't met Rashomon in one of my rampages I would be dead.

Buzzing of a bee snaps Morgan out of his train thought.

Wow look at the time I better take a shower and change my clothes I stink to myself. Soon I will need to go and visit governor to tell him that our deal is over.

Morgan stands up and goes to the bathroom. His body is covered in few scars but there is not single scar or wound on his back

Some of the lowlifes look to each other and back to Jack. One of them steps forward, a very small looking man barley over 5 feet and very scrawny looking. He says to Jack.

Depends on what the job is and what's the pay.

The small man laughs.

Truth be told, most of us like him better then the last king. He is so bloody paranoid and cares only for himself, so he has almost every guard and soldier in the area guard him and his mansion. Which makes things much easier for us-with most guards in one area, all the other areas are hardly defended.

I know who you are mate and why your here. You want Kitani dead for what he said about your mother. I can respect that-if a bloke insulted my mother id want him dead too, but you will need to be able to offer all of us QUITE the reward to help you kill him.

Jack laughs.

Hold on mate, I don't want to take him out for his stupid insults, I will take him out for being an ass to just about everyone. Also, killing him isn't necessarily the plan, the plan is to dethrone him. Trust me mates, he's hot quite the hoard of stuff, a couple handfuls of jewels and gold would set you for life. And, if you join me crew, you could get more...

The scrawny man shakes his head.

We know very well how much loot he has, but we currently have a very good set up. He hogs all the guards and we can make good profit off the unguarded areas, but if we dethrone him, the new ruler might make things more difficult for us by distributing the guards more evenly. And not all of us here are exactly built to be sailors.

The scrawny man points to himself and several others, many of the men here seem to suffer some sort of defect.

The last king was VERY hard on our lot, and had some very heavy punishments. Cause of that many of us were malnourished growing up. And if we help you dethrone him we will be placing ourselves in a VERY dangerous situation. But lets make a deal, me and all my friends here will help you, in exchange we get a good share of the loot, and you help us move to a new port. If we stay here we will probably be hunted and killed by his allies, and most of us are not fit to be sailors.
