Morgan jumps down on the deck and follows Emily with annoyed look

Oy oy gentlmens and ladies what's going on. Sister shall we move forward? What's keeping us here.

Morgan strps forward and draws Sulong, sharp tip and steel snakes gloss under envoys neck.

Look mate I am not violent man myself but this problem child under your neck is different story. You have two choices you can withdraw your armada and let us go informing your employe to leave this noun and her sister at peace together with saved man or your body can send that exact msg.

Morgan cuts his finger on strange emblem keeping his cape on place. Starts chanting while blood drips on the hilt

Oh mighty sulong that resides in this sword I give you this blood in exchange for strenght of your wrath. Raise winds and storms on this sea.

at everyones surprise winds start to blow from the west causing two ships that surounded them crash.

I hate to do this it hurts and it cost me my life span but as you can see not only you guys can cast ancient voodoo magic.
It's your call mr envoy how will we proceed?

Ellen nods.

I admit I have killed when there were ways to avoid it. I have made horrendous mistakes that cost many their lives. I am only human, and all I can do is live and learn from my mistakes and failures and try to avoid repeating them. And if I were to just let you and your crew slaughter innocent men, that will be something I know I will regret for the rest of my days.

And the men are not stupid. They know for a fact the duke was spared by Jack, and they can quite easily put 2 and 2 together and figure out YOU and your men are responsible for his death, especially after you and YOUR men slaughter most of their comrades.

Ellen then says in a very condescending voice.

I am honestly shocked at how bloody stupid your entire plan is. You talk about silencing witnesses by killing most of the men, then you talk about how the men will tell them what they saw. Oh gee, won't it be great when they tell the king a bunch of unidentified ships came, captured Jack, killed the Duke and most his men, and sent a few survivors on their way.
You want to know a much simpler solution to getting to the king?

Ellen points to Jack and grabs a rope.

Why not just have Jack be "captured" by the duke, and then when he is before the king he escapes and kills him. I am sure the mansion has a few secret entrance or exits he can use after killing the king to escape.

The duke nods.

She is right,I can think of several that I know of.

The winds suddenly shift back towards the Legacy causing it to take on water and sink.

The envoy looks at Morgan.

This doesn't have to involve anyone. I gave everyone a path out of this, you, the nun, and her sister were all free to go as long as the Duke was handed over. Jack was also free to go, but his goals are tied to my employers, so his involvement was necessary.

Do you think you are the only one that knows the ways of magic?

The envoy laughs.
The fleet surrendered and you stated that they were being beaten considerably, how did the Duke magically capture Jack. Sounds like your plan would be more suspicious.

The suggestion my employer makes draws attention away from Jack. It's hard to go after the unknown.

Emily steps forward and shouts.

UGH, I HAVE HAD IT WITH ALL THIS CRAP, NO MORE POINTLESS WORDS.

Ellen turns quickly and tries to stop her sister, but she is too late as she throws a knife right into the envoy's throat. She walks forward and takes her knife out of his throat and stabs him several more times for good measure. Ellen quickly says to her sister.

DAMN IT EMILY, when the fleets find out what you did they will blow us to hell and back.

Emily replies.

They have no idea I killed him yet. I have a plan. I will board his cutter after filling it with some gunpowder, and sail to the lead ship before I reach it I will ignite the powder and ram into the ship destroying them both. Immediately after that Morgan use your voodoo again to try to summon a new storm. If there witch doctor is on the lead ship then he should die from the fire ship.

Aye aye young lady I like your style I hate to do this as it hurts but that is only way out of here but before that let me cause little havock when I am already using voodoo magic.

Morgan drips few more blood drops.

Mighty Sulong king of serpants give me your strenght once more and make thy enemy lose their mind.

Strange winds arise and in the distance on one of the enemy ships there is some sort of trouble.

Emily begins grabbing barrels of gunpowder and has some men load the cutter up. She turns to Jack and laughs like a mad woman

HAHA, I plan to kill as many of these guys as I can, and if I die I die, if I live then great. Regardless today is a lovely and great day to die.

She quickly begins sailing the ship towards the lead ship. Shortly before reaching it she sets the cutter ablaze and jumps into the water.

The envoy never was given a name, and had specified his employer wouldn't care if he died, so I believe he was an npc. But if Dez says otherwise, I will alter it to where Emily just knocked him out.

Ellen curses but she quickly gets on her knees takes her rosary and begins praying loudly.

Oh Lord, my great and glorious protector, shepherd to the lambs that is your followers, please see fit to bless this vessel so as to protect it from all harm, as we swear to you to do your bidding and to spread your love and protection to others.

The ship glows with a bright light, and Ellen continues praying.

At the same time Morgans starts chanting again

Oh mighty sulong that resides in this sword I give you this blood in exchange for strenght of your wrath. Raise winds and storms on this sea.

Morgan moves closer to the edge of frigate watching situation with Emily

If situation requires I am decent swimmer I'll go and help her but prepare row boat to pick us up we will be sitting ducks if we stay too long in the water.

Emily swims back to the ship, and a crew member tosses her a rope and helps pull her up. Some of the ships begin firing, but they strangely either miss, or the shots simply bounce off. Emily smirks and shouts

You go sis.

She takes out her favorite dagger and grins like a maniac. She takes it and cuts a lock of her hair, and adds a bit of her blood to it. She chants in a strange language in a dark voice, until finally she tosses it over board. Moments later a small swarm of bizarre worms are formed, she commands them to feast on the enemy ships. She shouts.

Yeah I know a bit of voodoo myself. Have fun with the worms.
