The term new is considered by your player id # and the amount of fame you have. If your id is 33406 for example and you have 500fame, you're new, let's say you have the same id with 500k fame, you're not considered new and not able to be attacked, lets say you have a player id of 11873 and 24fame, you're old but were plundered. Is there anything else I need to explain about the concept of "new" when it come to this rule?

Well its nice to see your never without that contemptuous bitterness in your communications. Well the attacked party had less than 1,000 gold, and less than 500 hundred fame, so your argument is moot. However since you wish to critique allow me, its easy to take decisive action and use strong words here, a shame you don't on the battlefield.

I don't see the bitter tone I used but sure. Rolando, what was the player id # because that was also part of this. I'm going to ignore your harsh comment because you're 2 months new. There are 2 parts to this and gold doesn't count because I can have 1k gold too. Also, fame doesn't matter because I can be raided and have 500fame too. It is the combination of the player's fame and id # because id# tells you how long they've been playing, and the fame tells you their experience (only if their id # shows they're new, if their id # shows they're old yet they have low fame, then there are more possibilities). So, is there anything that I should explain farther about it? (And don't think I'm always insulting you because I'm just asking if you get what I'm saying, calm down because we are going to have to work together soon)

Actually Roi you are right about one thing. There is no need for continued hostilities without reason. So that is why the ceasefire was declared. However, no man, living or dead will ever make me work with people I do not choose to. So I will respect the peace, but the only person who chooses who I work for is me! u misunderstood me. if i will attack ur fleet coz its in the plunderboard and and u attack me in return that is not an act of war. but if u attack me with voodoo that is an act of war. so if u do that again, i'll consider it as that.
