If qwerty is considered a proxy because we helped him after the fact, then merc may not take a contract from any entity for the remainder of the agreement.

Accepting a contract by your definition makes whoever they accept the contract from a default proxy, and therefore Merc would be aiding.

That is the logic put forth here.



A proxy is someone who works on your behalf in instances where you are unwilling or unable too.

But either wayit does not matter. Merc has admitted qwerty is not a proxy, so clause 2 does not apply no matter what happens. As long as Vudu does not cast directly on any merc member penalty does not apply.

If qwerty needs a geno or needs clearing cardswe are free to do so because Merc admitted he is not a proxy for VUDU.

There is no ambiguity. qwerty is not a proxy. nothing else matters past that point.

To be a proxy the proxy would have to be acting on behalf of and under the authority of the host organization. Providing support does not automatically make them a proxy. See USA neutrality prior to entry into WWII.

Additionally look at current events. The USA provides foreign aid to most nations in the world. There actions are independent and are not a proxy of the USA.

First time Ive looked in here for a while.....and.....just for the record, I haven't received any help or prodding from VUDU. Iam fiercely independant these days. Hence no nation or guild other than my own. So far, the war in here is hotter than mine with Merc

But of course, there are a few who would love to see me score a few hits.

Whilst tirelessly searching the depths, one of my shipwreck hunting crews discovered this fine wooden breast on the seabed. It is a single breast
engraved "Arte dei Maestri di Pietra e Legname - Firenze" on the back of the carving. It appears to be top quality.
If it is your missing breast and you would like it back, all I ask in return, is that you direct me to the merchant that you
purchased your glass eye from, as I grow tired of the splinters from my wooden one.
