Emily smiles, excited to see what happens next and to get in on some fighting, she clutches a pair of knives in her hands. Ellen puts her hand on her weapons. A very large morning star made of steel and a pistol.

Silence pierces the air as the ships simply sit and wait. Jack stiffens up his jaw tightens. He scowls at the enemy base.

ALL BATTERIES FIRE AT WILL!

The guns fire on each of the ships at different times yet so close to one another. The sound is defeaning, fire spits from every gun and every one of the 20 ships, fire and smoke. This is no drill on board a navy warship, where the guns are fired slowly and methodically, this was hundreds of cannonballs hurtling towards the mouth of the cave. As the guns keep up a constant barrage of fire, after about 20 minutes of shooting, the guns have to stop so the sailors ears are not completely destroyed. Jack stands at the helm laughing like a maniac and swinging his fist in the air. His hair whips around him and the smoke around him makes him look as a demon from hell.

Ellen and Emily watch, as they cover their ears. Ellen thinks to herself these caves are remarkably impressive they can take such a beating and not collapse, either nature ended up making a very sturdy cave, or the insides have been reinforced. Perhaps both. Emily on the other hand is quite happy at the display of power and the destruction its causing.

The guns cease. Jack looks over at the enemy cave and grins.

They have more guns than I anticipated! They have somehow amassed two hundred! Don't worry, we'll still take em.

The guns continue to fire, the fire keeps on coming. The fort begins to shoot back, men begin to die on deck by way of splinters.

Steady me boys! Master your courage!

A cannonball strike the deck rail near the helm, jack continues to yell and roar with delight and bloodlust as the cannons continue to roar.

Emily ducks under a cannonball, while Ellen takes a deep breath, and grabs her Morningstar with both hands. She goes forward and takes a defensive stance a fair bit ahead of her sister and Jack. She begins hitting the incoming cannonballs with her Morningstar to deflect their path and slow their momentum slightly, helping prevent some damage. She grunts a little in pain. She Still hasn't fully healed from the fight in Regis.

A figure looks at the fight from a close distance, he then slips into the shadow and move toward the fort

Jack looks at at the enemy fort made up of the cave. Battery after battery is being destroyed. The guns on Jack's ships never cease until it appears that they have only two cannons left. Jack orders his ships to continue spitting fire for another fifteen minutes.

The remaining guns in the fort suddenly go silent, as if the gunners disappeared

Ellen swings her Morningstar a few more times. She mumbles to herself

Been quite some time since I fought with this thing. Almost forgot what it was like.

She turns to Jack.

So what now, looks like we won this little battle.

Jack turns to her.

Not yet. Lower the loangboats!

The boats are launched and the men get on them, loaded within weapons. Jack's boat is in the lead, jack stands near the front where a man stands by at a swivel gun placed in the front. Jack and his men are ready to win, especially jack.
