Jack's face turns sour.

There's just one problem. We can't just ask them to just give it up, that's been done before. It didn't go well. I'll have to take them by force.

Ellen just shrugs.

If force is needed so be it. If you lend some men to help, Emmie can get some of the local guards and along with my crew we can raid the pirates and take the loot they stole-along with capturing the pirates for the bounties. And that will solve the pirate problem, the local business having no merchandise, and a nice little paycheck for all involved. Emmie knows where they have their hideout. We can raid it tomorrow morning. The sun is just now starting to set, so we have about 12 hours until then. Try to keep to a low number of men also Jack. We won't need an army to beat them, just a dozen men should do it.

Jack frowns

How is there such a small number of them? That does'nt make any sense. There must be more.

Ellen says in a reassuring voice.

Yes, there are much more of them then a few dozen. But you need to remember Jack that we don't NEED to crush them or annihilate them entirely- if we wanted to do that then yes we would need a LOT more men-but that would end up with a lot more deaths on both sides. But all we really need to do is hit them at their hideout with a small tough force and take out all the bigwigs in their group. The ones who lead the outfit and with the highest bounties on their heads. With all the leaders gone, the rest will probably just surrender and join up with some other captains crew, like yours or one of the other pirate captains here.

This will be a small and quick raid. I suggest we use my cutter, and with about a dozen local gaurds, along with a dozen of your men and my crew we will get in quick, hit them hard and leave with the prisoners before they even know what hit them. Most of their forces will be out patrolling in the early morning. So that is when we will hit them. Any other questions Jack?

Jack nods

Aye, that makes sense. Do you mind I fly my flag under yours?

Ellen nods.

Sure, that's fine by me. You can go ahead and have one of your men deliver it to the Cunning Linguist now if you wish, or if you wish to inspect my ship yourself you can deliver it. Brian is there, so if you decide to go just ask him to show you around. I will be going to the governor now. Emmie is probably nearly done with her job by now. She will probably show up at the ship soon. Take care of any business you have, pick out a dozen of your men good at fighting in close quarters and get a good nights sleep. I will see you tomorrow when we depart.

Jack nods and walks over to CL and inspects it, he finds it to be a good little ship and he delivers a small version of his flag to it. His new flag is a stark white skeleton holding a cutlass in one hand and a cup in the other. The skeleton is raising it up to a golds cross. The words "dead men tell no tales" are written in small but visible print under said skeleton. Jack then picks twelve of his best men and makes sure they are sober and ready ( his men are rarely sober but always ready). They sleep in the tavern at around 9:00 pm.

Shortly before Dawn, Brian wakes up Jack and tells him its time to go. He escorts Jack and his men to the CL where Ellen is at the Helm with Emily nearby. A dozen local guards and the rest of Ellen's crew are downstairs. The ship departs and quickly sails away. As the morning sun begins to rise the ship quickly sails to a large island where over a dozen large ships had just left. The ship quickly yet quietly docks on the other side of the island on the opposite end of the hideout. Ellen quickly calls up everyone and says in a low voice.

They didn't spot us, which is good, we can get the jump on them. Brian and 6 of my men will stay here to guard the ship and be prepared for a quick escape. The rest of us can sneak into their encampment and jump them. Now remember-the bounties are worth more alive then dead, so if you can take one alive try to do so. Lets move.

Ellen quietly begins walking along with Emily and the rest of her crew and guards following, all are brandishing their melee weapons and carrying ropes with them.

Jack and his men walk forward, holding cutlasses and knives with pistols in their belts and walk towards the camp. They walk up to the camp to see the a group of pirates drinking and some sleeping. Jack walks forward, a knife in one hand and a cutlass in the other. Sleeping in the middle of the clearing is what appears to be the captain, as he is most flamboyantly dressed. Jack and his men move silently forward, jack ready to bring his cutlass hilt crashing down on the captain's head.

One of the pirates begins to wake, he opens his mouth to shout but Emily throws a dagger straight into his jugular vein. She then quickly yet quietly rushes forward and grabs him, and gently sets him back down so he doesn't wake anyone else. As she sets him down however a few women come out a nearby tent- Emily recognizes them-They are whores from a brothel in Tortuga. They see Jack about to strike the pirate captain and shriek in fear as they run off. All the pirates begin waking and Emily, Ellen and the other men under their command begin killing the pirates with no or small bounties and knocking out those with big ones. The flamboyant captain sees Jack above him and quickly rises and draws his weapon.
