Before joining and after joining he has not claimed ssaa except in tears to get problems off of his shoulder through using your influence to save him both times he has claimed merc.

If he were getting quieter instead of mouthier I could see it but thats not the case. He is enemy of the crown in Bonaire and yet he stays in a country he is not wanted in more proof he is not trying to change but instead continues being the irritating pest he always has been buzzing around like a gnat as long as he is enemy of the crown he is generating the exact opposite picture of this sudden soon to be choirboy claim.

I would also like to see a public apology from Harlock for continuing to threaten harm to the UK as well as seek to damage the legacy of the true king of the United Kingdom, King Ben Scarlett. His legacy is nothing to be threatened and if I hear Harlock make threats against Ben's legacy one more time, any and all agreements will be made null and void by the council of the United Kingdom.
