VUDU vs MERC - Official War Declaration

Anything related to in-game diplomacy (and beyond) can be brought here.
Guild news and announcements, war declarations, recruitment, military service offerings, etc.

Flaming is expected here. If you are easily offended, avoid this thread all together.

Of course not. Mercs method. Everything under the table. Haron I respect you, but Pulpop publicly called out Shadow as a liar. Unless he agrees to consent in future conflict, negotiations mean nothing.

Shadow has consented. Full faith in agreement would require the same from your side.

It is much more complex than this, Shadowood. And I think you know that, too.

No it really isn't. The only thing making it complicated is ego. Which is on full display in the emails I am receiving.

Yes those message would be private, but if a party of the negotiation tries to renege, the negotiations would no longer be private. Otherwise it is he said she said.

For instance:
I could agree in private then deny it later, then say you can't release my PMs. There exists no proof that I agreed that can be shared publicly. Pre-consent would prevent this. Your conversations will remain private and would only be released under specific circumstances, such as reneging on the agreement, and only the parts of the conversation that are relevant would be released, not the entire conversation.

Realistically speaking, negotiations are confidential and only terms of agreement or disagreement are released.

I will only release that portion as well as the final agreement or rejection

Making the results of negotiations public is an entirely different thing than making the negotiations themselves public.

Yes, I would agree that all the particulars do not need to be put on display. I think everyone here is asking for the same thing. That the agreement of both parties be able to be released should one party deny agreement.
