When he visits the orphanage might be the best time, because he won’t be expecting it, but that will endanger the people here. He will theoretically have the most guards when visiting the mansion, as his guards will be joined by the ones in the mansion.

Ellen rubs her temple in deep thought. "I have some ideas, but I think it would be best if we just head back to Panselo, and wait for Will and his friend For all I know they may have a plan of their own that may be better. One of my little ones is already delivering a message to One-eye at the plantation." Ellen goes back to Panselo, makes a small dinner and serves it to her guests and children. It Is about 5 in the evening when all the chores are finished. When he is at my orphanage would be ideal, but no way in hell I'm endangering my little ones-even if it goes without a hitch they would probably tear the building down out of vengeance once we leave. The mansion would be the most guarded-but if we are sneaky we could pull it off. Just need to reach him before getting caught. When he is with the locals could work if we get an ample distraction. Regardless let us wait for Will and his friend. If they don't show up by earlier morning we come up with a plan without them. She gets up and heads to her chambers deciding to take a nap while waiting for William and his friend to show up. She leaves Brian in charge to wake her by dawn time if no one shows up until then.

I know you are not a simple nobleman. I know you know are the harvester of secrets. Secrets that you use to influence the world of Avonmora far beyond the influence your birthright dictates. But l dont know who you really are. By that I mean the ends goals to which you intend to achieve by the use of those secrets that you use to control the politicians. I know your interest in helping me is far greater than helping out an old froend from the past. If I am here, the progress of your goals must be tied to my success against these odds.

Jack turns to the marine. Good idea, but I need more details than that.
