He is trying to claim that he is the indigenous population and that the UK (which is predominately white European) invaded his home country. Even though his first post says as below:

The first known Northern Mariana Islands residents arrived from the Philippines, Indonesia, and the Malay Peninsula

That would mean that they aren't the indigenous population. First ones to arrive there doesn't make you indigenous. Just makes you the first immigrants.
