Hostile Waters/Disfavors dead?

I remember discussing this with Haron, a few months ago that the Hostile Waters and Disfavor Voodoo Cards have slightly gone down in value down to the Piracy and Skirmish Tech. A player can now earn, what they could with two attacks (Maybe three?) with one single attack. Of course this is good, however I believe Hostile Water should be changed to:

+12 extra danger per attack... (18 Total Danger Points per attack)

And disfavor, can stay the same.

What do you guys think?

Excellent idea. Increasing the power of these cards is good for pirates. Instead of 20 attacks with ambushes with your proposal there is 30 attacks with a disfavor which is very good for pirates. As for the hostile waters your proposal is overpowered for a common card. Maybe in the middle for 12 danger would be better. Edit- But that is what the current meta is so reviewing it again, i think your proposal stinks nelson.

I said Disfavor remains the same as it was before.

Get the cards confused? :)

Could of just been my description, I suppose. It could be overpowered for a common card; however if you upgrade 'Piracy Tech' to level 20 and Skirmish (If you have not already) you can earn a lot more then you use to be able to. Been a long time since me and you have properly raided someone. :)

Oh then i disagree with your idea. Hostile waters is fine is where it's at. 18 is too much.

Well you could Hostile waters someone and have them run up danger and then you would get a greater advantage from disfavor but that would require the stars to align.

just decrease HW turn use to 5 and you will see value go up by a lot like it happened to ravage
