There are people that make a goal of passing thier wisdom on.

If you look very carefully, many intelligent people have played this game but their involvement in forum wars have led to their eventual demise.
Most successful players refrain from posting and flaming and when they do, it is not a sustained event.
Look at Aye Cappy as a prime example of a guy who was quite intelligent but his forum demeanor killed him.

Intelligence is knowing a tomato is a fruit.
Wisdom is knowing not to put it in a fruit salad.

The forum is nothing but a salad of people, opinions and ideas.

Fools quote wise men to appear wise. Wise men know what is wise and just live by it.

If you want to hear whining on a grand scale : just listen to a pirate bemoaning the unfairity of life when a trader hits them back...

Pirates attack trader : they cast, light up and plunder them weekly : 'Get over it, dude, its Pirates Glory, of course you are going to be attacked! Grow a pair and stop whining!'

Trader retaliates : 'WTF? How very dare you! This means war! I shall destroy, you, your guild, your nation, your pet cat and your family!'
