As a result:
-Deposits now costs 1 turn!
-Withdrawals now costs 2 turns!
-Sending a payment now costs 2 turns!

Maximum Deposit is at bank maximum, at 37.5M !

As an additional bonus, next 100M in loan will be given at a celebrating interest for only 5%! Send your request asap! First come, first served.

Congrats on the milestone however I admit to being surprised that you did not reach this level many months ago ! I figured all the Tokelau originators were sporting both lvl 20 GS and lvl 20 Banking abilities. :o:
