To find the culprits will need many bodies running active intel, it can be done but be prepared to be storing a lot of information and get a spreadsheet set up. PM me if you want some ideas, but I am sure you have a method

Hello all,
This is a hello for those who consider yourselves friends of the UK, for all who consider themselves enemies of the UK, and for all who are neither. The reason for this message is that the UK has been under siege for a while now, and it has led to a rather... unprofitable time not only to our members but also to others people not involved. This message is to reach out and contact those who are the perpetrators of these attacks, and ask them of their goals. They need not talk to us directly, and they may choose a neutral 3rd party that is amiable to both sides. We would like to hear their demands in order for a ceasefire to occur. We should of course desire that a armistice be in place during negotiations so that we can let cooler minds prevail.

The third party (or yourselves) may talk via PM, or in this thread if they desire.

We hope that we can come to an agreeable arrangement for both parties involved.

Nothing against you, but I think PK is a little more reputable in this area. As well, I have doubts that anyone will come forward to make contact. There would have to be certain conditions made to ensure impartiality and confidentiality.
