I always believed that everything should be done in a certain order, either the long way or with a shortcut. Let me put it this way: You can drive around a roundabout, but you can also drive straight through it (illegally.) Going around a roundabout, there are fewer consequences. By going straight through it, you pose more risk to yourself and to others around you. I think the same about stealing MoW's. If you want to take the long road to steal one, go ahead. If you want a potential shortcut, there is this card. Expensive, risky, but still a shortcut. It poses more risk to yourself as a result but still gives that chance to take one.
