Chal and I have had our own disputes in the past some less tasteful than others. However I am always in favor of new nations sprouting and trying their hand at politics, economics, and port control. Diversity makes this game great.

i hope you will find enough support and raise Wales again. we did same thing recently and like dman said finding new players and supporting them with knowledge and building friendships will be really helpful to achieve your goals. it will be good to see another nation on map:)
