Here is what's next.

The captains have 24 hours to get me a "Blurb" about why they chose who they did and why they think their team is the best.

Once I have these 5 statements, I will create a Voting Poll with these 5 Blurbs (in draft order). And then the voting will begin. Look for the poll in the next 24-36 hours. The voting will last for 3 days.
I don't fear death. I look forward to it with great anticipation. For then I will met God face to face and let him know that I stole his Man of War!!!

I be one not to make war but peace. Only through peace there will be everlasting wealth. Sharing comes after. To the poor and weak who 1st started out in the world. And bring them to the status of indistinguishability between them and me. Only then there will be no 1st world or 3rd world problems.
The Consortium focus isn't power or wealth, it is the happiness of everyone that counts. Power and wealth are the side effects that follows and tries to gather around such individuals.
I am honoured by Tom Lowes' picks.

'RUM or CUSTARD?'

Round 11! : The Mighty Kraken appreciate their youngsters : the new generation who will carry on the great work of dragging unwary souls to their doom, the unending task of decorating the sea-bed with artistic montages of carefully arranged wrecks : no greater duty exists amongst our many-tentacled and bug-eyed pals than to guide, mentor and correctly chastise the latest crop of newbs : Grandpa Kraken was chastised every day and it never did him any harm and at 97, he can still fit into his gimp suit! : Thus this last round of picks is held close to the Kraken ideal, that of a psychopathic destructive mind in a healthy strong body!

To pick out one to stand above the others would be both wrong and may but serve to discourage the others : so, mindful of precedent and fortune, slightly drunk and only moderately stoned on the finest herbal preparations delivered daily from the good folk of St Kitts : The Mighty Kraken doth award a group Bath in Coldest Custard to all the Rookie picks :

Cutpurse

Banger

Soh Rakoor

Twilight Consortium

DarkKnight

No bananas may be taken into the tub, but playful drownings are permitted!

The Kraken extend their joint thanks to Maha and Danik, for funding the purses awarded, but retain their previous opinion that the folk who thought this up should be locked up in a room with very bouncy walls. Until next time, be seeing you!

The last rookie to be chosen was DarkKnight. Good choice, I think. He is active, and willing and able to learn. He is growing fast.

He is one of very few in our guild who started somewhere else, though. That means he'll have to unlearn some of the nonsense taught to him in HELM, of course. Like limiting his attacks and having respect for other players. Once we weed out that, and replace it with some healthy values, I'm sure he'll be a great asset to us ;-)

And once he leaves you Haron, he will need to learn the nonsense he learned from MERC and learn the nonsense he learned from HELM and then he will be a great asset to SSAA :p

If he was smart, he would start his own guild and make his own nonsense rules...

Thats what I did. :beer
