I was around IoM in that time and I remember for sure that BigTea or Chal either told me that BigTea was giving money and casting Charity Donations on Chal so he could have a decent influence in it.
Just repeat after me: "Czar Ivan did not help me win the elections."

You can remember for sure that either bigtea or chal told you... that doesn't sound so sure...

Just so you know, it must of been Chal who told you, but is was I who gave him money and Will who cast Charity. Just so you know. But again... didn't last long and Chal vs Bigtea turned into Ivan vs Bigtea.... and we all know the rest.
