I don't think the tutorial forces a newbie to look into every port to find the feet that early. If it does, can someone verify?

I don't remember having to do that when I started.

I believe it shows up within the port a player chooses when creating their account. I would have him/her start there.

Have him send you a screenshot of warehouse page to confirm this. Perhaps he chose one sailed away and got them mixed up?

It's been awhile but I believe red pearl shows in the port where he started if he didn't change anything main port of starting is Aiora so red pearl should be there.

Ask him if he is still there if he is and it doesn't show he then can try and sail in nerby port and return in aiora again

I would think it would be clear why the rule is in place, but I know reason is not a forte of Chin Chin... Phoenix hit it right on the head I believe. Also, it might help with mis-typed numbers.
