Declaration of War upon De Grasse

I RoiLeon, formally declare a 3 week war with De Grasse of IMO. No member of IMO or Fox are allowed to participate in this war, it is 1v1. War active immediately. Any voodoo by outside members must be taken off as of seeing this and may not cast more voodoo upon 2 combatants. Again this war shall last 3 weeks from today, or until someones annihilation, whichever comes first.

I think I went from 7million fame to 3million is attacks. While your member lost 200k from plunder of his open fleet. We cast no voodoo, we saw a fleet and we attacked it. If you feel you need to attack my open fleet after I attacked his, sure, that's fine. But what you guys did is an act of war against me and I am not letting it go unrecognized, so Admiral, dear Admiral blackpants, I know so to be yes. This is not a war between me and you, stay out of it

Ok, RoiLeon as you know the IMO is the "training Facility" of the TMN and I will assure you that I havent sanctioned ANY!!!! "wars" between you and a member of TMN/IMO, so you may "declare" anything you like (i'll be watching closely) If you attack or voodoo a member of mine, the declaration will be aimed at you.
