Then how did Proto 9 come about?

I assume its like Microsoft, they do not know how to count... I mean I am still waiting for Windows 9...

well they had proto 1, proto 4, proto 9, proto 13, proto leader

1,4,9 weren't succssesfull

13 was only succssessfull in taking of (1 failed), traveling in faster than light ( 4 failed in it), entering/exiting hyperspace (9 failed) and 13 was main spaceship of daleks it had flying saucer design...

proto leader was essentially proto 13 only difference is that it was used by dalek emperor and was leading fleet in their invasions...

Windows 9 was made before, but its a broken "build", so it never came out.

A lot of the time they are made but they are just testing builds more then anything so they just skipped the number which was a testing build.

I might report Captain Jack for derailing the topic...

I am thinking of getting a Floppy Drive ( Like a CD/DVD Drive but you put floppy disks in it ). All about the looks of a PC more then what it is ;)
