now this is something ive been planning for a little while ive just been busy and this weekend in not going to be as busy so i can actually do it.


now this may seen a bit off to some people but i got permission awhile back from the admin to do this and i've been meaning to but like i said im low on time.

im planning on making a youtube video for a tutorial of how to get started playing this game and of how to advance quickly and draw little attention to yourself until you want to.

what i am planning on adding in are all the tutorials it shows at the beginning how to do them and what you get out of them all the way up until it seems like you should be able to figure out what your doing and what you need to survive. i will go through all the basics how to build your fleets up what's the best early game makeup of fleets how you can earn credits and other stuff how to get extra voodoo and what you can sell off what you can buy how to trade with party cards and how to be profitable.

now with this video it might take me and hour or so of recording and it might come out to be a 30 min video but it will be highly in depth.

ive gotten a few suggestions from people that i will probably end up incorporating i've mentioned the idea's above and i will probably post the original messages i've gotten about it including the one with proof that the admin said i could create an alt for the pure purpose of recording now when i am done with recording i will post the name and the id number of the account so anyone can go and wipe it clean.

if anyone has any further ideas as to what i can do in the video i will take it into consideration.

me: i want to ask about this before i go and do it (i wont do it if you dont want me to) but i was thinking of filming a youtube video that would help new people but i was thinking of how i would do it then i thought of making a bit of a competition out of it see who got the most likes and who's video helps new people the most but i also thought of making my video from a new players perspective (i would make an alt and play it from there till i was done with the beginning stuff and then i would leave the account to float on the water and never mess with it again it would be a few days before i filmed it and put it up (it would take a few days because i would need to get recording software for my computer and set up a few other things) im just asking permission if i could make a second account and use it for recording purposes only and then i would leave it behind

you could even mark the account to be deleted or ban the thing after i say im done with the recording you can also make sure that i don't send any gold/ credits to myself except i might send them from this account to that one

Well:

You need to give a total beginner step by step with do and do nots.
A lot of player fall in traps and cannot escape it in the first 3 months.
Navigating the game interface is also good.

You have trading strategies, fleet structure, uses of voodoo, attack strategies, courtesy calls, nation missions,....etc.

If you create a list of topics or content, I can help edit that.

Only main problem is I haven't found a good recording software I an use on a chrome book

I would suggest breaking it up some and not doing a 30 minute tutorial. Perhaps find a partner(s) to help edit content to make sure it's concise and informative. Post when it's up and I will subscribe. Awesome idea!!

just to mention this isnt my first youtube video but i cant find any good recording software that i can download and use obs is unusable because i cant download it along with 100% of the other one's ive found
