I wanted a numbers person on the team and Haron was chosen before I got the chance to pick. From what I can tell from forum posts, Meliva loves numbers and I certainly see her port battles throughout Avonmora.

I have never worked with or against Meliva but somehow, I get the feeling she would preform to a level of an old pro and be extremely good at making sure we have the resources to do a job to completion.

Edit- just caught up so, for my next pick, I could never go wrong with Cogz. I'm really pleased he is part of the Ayes team and I could not see going anywhere without him, his loyalty and wisdom.

My fifth choice needs to be one who can use voodoo and be part of a team to follow another persons lead. I think that person could very well be a new player who has learned a lot but still understands they can learn more from a good leader. It has to be a person who is not afraid of using voodoo and being part of an organized voodoo movement. A person like this could be very dangerous following orders of others who are respected and knowledgeable.

For my 5th pick, a player who I have not had the pleasure of working with yet. One i believe has shown loyalty even as a pirate and is not afraid to get his cannons dirty. A team player and a fine addition to any pirate crew.

My 6th pick is one who steps up when it is needed most. When a nation he joined almost entirely funded by one cheque book was about to fall apart due to enemies created and the sudden disappearance of its ruler, he took on the responsibility and wreckage left behind only to pick up the pieces, maintain it's holdings and lead the nation down a path of success! (not to discredit those who assisted in this endeavor but for simplicity will not go deeper).

Any great team needs members who can step up when it's needed most!

Here is the choice I think everyone was expecting earlier. A strong guild with intelligent leadership and strong warriors also needs finances. It must have those who have the capability of earning gold. This player is a solid trader who knows how to earn gold as well as fight.
