Fishing fleets will gain danger the same as any other fleet if HN's, Fugi's or Ambush is cast upon them : main difference is, lacking a merchant on board, they dont auto-stop when danger reaches +2, so will keep travelling. Being as most will take 5 hrs to do a round trip, any HN's gain will be lost by the time they return unless it is still active at that time to 'reload' the fleet on arrival at port. Fugi will add danger at the top of the hour regardless.
