That sounds good if you are looking for a way to avoid the 90% failure of the other idea. I'm against such a high failure rate but I'm also against specific target card. So if the magpie is a smart card then the high fail rate is a must. I've never heard of a trained magpie that would target a specific item. Of course they would want the shiniest ones so a rare card would be likely. I've never used a magpie but I certainly won't be selling mine if they get smarter. I'm cool with magpie not being hidden and having a higher chance of taking a rare than an uncommon and no chance of taking a common.
