Actually, he has never been banned permanently. Penalized yes, harshly yes, but that is all. His new account was his own choice. Convenient for us though as we always want to dispose penalized accounts as it feels more fair this way. So, you must not bring up such talk in the forums. You can do this in your guild boards though (not country boards). Still remember that it is unsafe to believe anyone who reveals you something about administration. Yes, we communicate with many players but this does not mean that what another player is telling you is true. Especially in cheating cases where only administration and the violator know the facts. No warning is needed here. ~Cpt Jack
