Quick update for all citizens of Avonmora!

Our subject, Admiral Nelson, is throwing a famous tantrum. One day, he will cast 55 Time Spirals and 6 Spy Networks, but reports have it that he has stopped with the time spirals and spy networks, throwing only a combined 3 out, and has resorted to Propagandas.
