Job system

There would be 2 sections with a bidding/hire now system.
1. Looking for work
2. Offering work

People would be able to take their currently owned officers and rent them out to other people.
Minimum would be 5 captains,1 admiral, 1 merchant.
You can rent out up to 100% of your officers.
Contracts would be for either 24hrs, 7 days, 1 month, till canceled.
The person who hired your officers would be responsible for them and will be able to use them as if they were his.
TBD: possibility to rent off ships too.

Advantage to rent out: new players: Lets say you have a fleet of howkers and you earn 15k gc or less a day. Lets say that at the time the offer for 1 fleet to rent is 30k a day.
You rent your officers to another player who pays you 30k a day. You earn bonus 15k of what you normally would, thus can progress faster and grow faster.

Advantage to rent out: more advanced players.: Because the officers arn't with you they cannot be targeted, killed. So it provides some kind of security agaist attacks.


Advantage of paying to rent officers: Lets say you next officer is is 1mil,5 mil or even more. You use voodoo and know how to make the most out of trades.
You can hire a fleet for 30k that you can use to make you 60k that day.

Bonus: this can be also be a way to pay off loans you cannot keep up with.

Just a basic idea. Details to be thought of if positive feedback.
