Heres what i think so far, attackful is really useless, stopping fleets from moving for 12 hours too much, Its much more worth it to use bless then attackful, both attackful and bless is common, next, defenceful is really useless as well because of its rarity. But i think defenceful is well balanced, would like it being uncommon or common.

The point of Attackfulis more of a counterspell to Defenseful. A minimal addition if not used to counterspell. But I will edit rarity

When you said it reverses the defenceful, how will it become?

What do you mean? If Defenseful is casted on you, then you can cast Attackful on yourself and it ONLY reverses Defenseful, it does NOT grant an attack bonus.
