I'll give you some free advice, Ziggy, as a former owner of a considerable voodoo chest : its great, you can hammer the heck out of folk : strip influence, strip fleets, strip ports, strip trade, etc, etc. But here's the thing : it only works if the targets have something to lose. As Roberts showed, you can do a lot with naff all ships and a modest amount of voodoo. Watch out for hubris : its a deadly flaw.
