The USA has undergone a change in leadership. I have stepped in alongside Ziggfried and Saitama Vega to broker a peace regarding the recent expansion of the US nation. Rothschild's aggressive expansion policies were not to the best interest of the nation and with new leadership, the US will be able to forge new policy to the betterment of all of Avonmora rather than a few.

I have given the order to cease the attacks and make steps toward reaching a peace among the nations. This will not be an easy task and it is not expected to come overnight.

I am straightforward what i feel i say. Sorry if somebody feel bad. Guys Spain maintained the matrix of the game and USA all of sudden created a mess of it. Spain if required can fight for all the ports in Avonmora but they never did this whereas USA wanted to rule all of AVonmora and now they are broke. I am not in spain or in any other nation.
