I did not make it but placed the artists name on the piece for credit.

The illustration is nice. We can surely add it.

What we need are the following:
-Artists permission
-Image must be at least 500 (Width) x 300 (height) in size (Already meets this requirement)
-The image should not have such a big signature. We will put the artist name at the bottom of the card anyway. (we can cut if off this image easily as we will need to reduce the height anyway, so this image is good already)

So, we basically need to ensure that the artist agrees.

Then the 1000 credits are yours and the card will be added in the game.

Great, I have also uploaded our current list of cards out to artists. I have included hideout so future interesting players will not collide with the list. Makes it easier for everyone involved.
