Spain can speak for itself : I'll just observe that it was not your port to gift.. and, apparently, by your own words, not one you wanted to keep anyway, so why should you care where it ends up?

It can speak for itself, so why are you doing all the talking?

I was observing events and commenting, after all, you did address your comment to me : quote : 'thought you said Spain was all for helping others attain ports Danik?' unquote : if you think I shouldn't answer, don't ask me a question, rhetorically or otherwise.

But do you also aim condemnation at those who cast against Spains influence there too? After all, the map shows that Portugal are the new owners : if Spain did cast to reduce their stack, who reduced Spains? More shadowy figures without names, eh?

It is a very premature move to attempt to take over ports when Spain still has not decided which ones it wants yet.

It seems to be a lost cause speaking the plainly obvious fact that Spain has NOT chosen yet and it would be unfortunate for some poor little sailor to be swayed by a false tongue and the offer of shiny trinkets to think their hard earned gold may be wasted.
Of course it really was USA gold that may or may not have come with a promise to pay back from the mountains of gold earned from tax revenue.

To those who wish a port to call home. I would suggest you wait until Spain makes its choice and then make a request. This is so you do not get stepped on when the nation decides to move.

To Mr. Rothschild, the easiest way to get out of a hole is to stop digging. I know, you do not see yourself as in a hole yet but if you take a look from a few more feet away, it is quite obvious you are in a tight spot with no recourse but to attempt subterfuge and deceit.

be interesting when nation diplomacy comes into being : that bit about 'vassals' and 'paying tribute'... not that anyone here would have thought of prepping for that with a few grateful one-port nations already lined up to be 'protected' for a daily fee.,, sorry, my paranoia always get a bit surreal at this point in the lunar cycle..

Unlike Barbados, Spain only aim is to keep what it can maintain. Such are the goals of the USA. However, when Barbados citizens joined Spain its biggest downfall was sure to follow. Now,the nation Spain is and will continue to be one of the strongest.

The ASO and other intelligence organizations learned early in their existence that the best means of creating the illusion of legitimacy was to provide the reality of legitimacy. Thats what I infer "the previous king" was doing with the nation. Earlier it was stated that "Spain will only defend the ports that it previously had with an additional 2-4",when Barbados decided to cross over.

As for the USA we all have a place in Avonmora. It's our time and destiny to control a sector of Avonmoras society.
