(RP) Free Lottery

Hello All Players,

I have seen in the past failed attempts at making a lottery happen and after trying to determine what to come up with to add some spice, I have created a free first round lottery.

Rules:
1) This first round will be a payout of 500k, Free no hidden charges.
2) You must send me a PM in the game to TheLoveTiger (44517) of your choice of 5 numbers.
3) The numbers will range from 1-99 and have no repeating numbers. Please send your choices in lowest to highest
4) The numbers will be selected on an app on the IOS called LottoMachine, a screenshot of the numbers will be selected and posted on a webhosting site.
5) For this round the person with the most correct numbers wins!

Future rounds will have different rules. This event is being sponsored by the CommonWealth bank, in the matter of days we will be reopening and excited to see the return of your business.

In the event of a tie for this round, I will pay 500k out to each player! Drawing will be on Friday.

Trial runs have been conducted to make sure I have the spreadsheet setup right and so far it looks good! First run there was 1 winner with 1 number and second round the lottery won! The more entries the better so send them on over!

I like how you are doing this. I do have two questions however.

You've stated the next round requires players to purchase their sets of numbers for a chance to win 90% of the pot. I would naturally assume the house takes a 10% cut which is great. My question is, if there are no winning numbers played that round, does the 90% pot carry over to the next round for a chance to win as a bonus on top of the new rounds 90% pot? Or do you have another idea?

Second question, how is the 90% pot allocated. Is it simply won by the player with the most correct amount of numbers and split in the event of a tie, or is a percentage of that pot won based on the amount of correct numbers a player has?
