France has built up some funds of which we don't know what to do with. And so now we're encouraging people to join the nation and do stuff with it. France has the low taxes and low interest so you only win.

Do what we do in Mexico..throw a big party: hire lots of donkeys, singers, musicians and fools, then boogie on down til sunrise...
