When I try to send credits to another player it says--

Error! You cannot send these credits as they are part of a promotion. This limitation is important to ensure clean play.

what is the promo and why cant i send them

I have a lvl5 MOW with 60 attributes,when I upgrade will I get more attributes and will those be useable?

60 attributes is the maximum you can allocate : cant say I have ever tried to add more to a ship than that, but it is possible that a 60 att ship, after losing a level (and the random 3-5 attributes that are lost) could end up with more than 60 when rebuilt (again, the random 3-5 atts gained) but I would imagine they will just sit there unused, until such time as your ship loses some attributes, due to voodoo like Call Leviathan or Sabotage, at which point, you have some to allocate again.

Confuse will cause a 30% fail chance for any cast attempted by the target : the target can still cast any curse, on themselves or others, but if it does fail, then the card and turns will be wasted.
