The Rise of England
This thread is to illustrate the rise of England as a nation in Avonmora and all of her achievments as she progresses. It will also be used to publicize Englands goals, intentions, and overall image we wish for her to maintain.
Englands purpose and goal is diversity. Avonmora past and present typically has had one or two super powers controlling the majority, if not all, the ports and housing all the wealthiest and seasoned players. We wish to broaden the spectrum and give players more options when it comes to choosing a nation for them to commit to. More nations, means more politics and more competition. While it is difficult and costly to build a new nation, and this is one of the main reasons there are so few, we will do our best to achieve this goal and hopefully bring a new and entertaining era to Avonmora.
England will pride itself in being an honorable and ultimately peacefull nation. We will not attack those of another flag unless provoked and sanctioned by parliament. (with the exception of national mission targets of course). England will always honor its word and keep an honest approach in her dealings with other nations and her citizens. We never intend to hold more than 3 ports (should we even make it that far) as we feel 3 is sufficient to grow at a great rate while leaving room for many nations should the game ever take that direction. If you intend to plunder and raid seek another nation to join, we are not a group of morally challenged individuals and are trying hard to build somthing new for PG.
That being said, we will not be a nation of pure merchants acting as livestock for others to feed off of. We have and are continually training and building Englands Royal Navy, which is a guild and extension of England her self with the purpose of protecting her interests and building her economy. Attacks on members of England will not be tolerated and will be rectified in one way or another. If there is a problem with one of our members i ask you to seek out the king of England to discuss the situation. If we have a member who is not following our laws and code, he/she will be charged accordingly and if need be, taken for all they are worth. Again we have a goal if this is not for you, seek out another nation that fits your playstyle.
As a new nation we respect those who have come first, invested great amounts of time, and worked hard to obtain their current positions. We look forward to building many different relationships with all of you.
