A fair point. There is no limit to how much can be spent on credits and how many credits can be redeemed for voodoo but players would like to see the money that was spent, go to waste. This matter will be resolved without limiting voodoo. There will be those who have and those who don't for as long as there is life. It is good for the game as long as those who have are not abusing those who don't. It means that the developers can afford better equipment and services to keep the game alive and reliable. They have been doing so much for us for so long with so little reward. I wouldn't blame them if gaining cash was their intent for including voodoo. It has been proven that having seemingly unlimited amounts of voodoo does not guarantee supremacy. Then again maybe it hasn't been proven because those who have it aren't reaching for the top spots. I for one have been thrust to the top by players asking me for help. Choose a side. Good or evil and you will do well. Neutral does OK but so few players are here for the humdrum of it. Just ally yourself with the right good or evil crowd.

If you stay and learn, you will find that the only voodoo that is bad is the voodoo that disrupts you personally. The rest is great! The real problem stems from players who expect the old system to remain the dominant one. It still really is. You can exist without a ship but you can't get to the various ports to initiate romance without one. There is voodoo that will wash up a ship for you and it isn't even rare. How great is that? If you aren't a big big enough fish, I'm going to let you swim right by I don't care if something costs a lot of gold in a certain port because I don't own it. I am here to play the part of a teacher and a hero. Soon that opportunity will come because players see the need. I intend to ally myself with those who have so that our main gain is form protecting you from bullies and Pirates. I would rather gain recognition for my deeds than fame, but that is not this game's intent so I have fame. Until the time comes when you can measure my worth as a protector, I will hold on to my fame.

protector my az ur nothng without ur vo0do. .tnx for making another class o cheaterz admin and xep in the game the god class those who buy thousand o cards jus bec they cant be number 1 without them. .and also jus make this game for premium playerz so pur xep dont have to sleep at nyt thnking he beat up a couple o guys who played by the rules o the game and tell hmself how great he is . .i see acadien ate his sh** and all the talk about the game is unbalanced bona petit. .im tru with ths game. .hope u like playing with urself xep. .u wil b doing that so0ner or later. .

new players are all well and good, but decimating players who have loyally stuck to this game for many years or months and potentially causing people to stop playing ,in my - I admit - limited experience, is the worse outcome. :| imagine,if all your efforts of slowly and gradually building up your power, influence, fleets etc. is suddenly squashed by someone who have half (not necessarily, just example) the time you have put into the game.

0.0 maybe, instead of seeing the players who have been in the game longer as bullies, others should strive to be hard working in order to achieve what they have achieved over many months. also voodoo is all well and great, and it adds an interesting dimension to gameplay, but it pays (:p) to be considerate to those who may not be as wealthy as you. there is a thin line between being an avenging angel and inconsiderate bully. and honestly, even "bullies" can be bullied, and I believe this scenario is really obvious to those who are not directly involved....

:o am I giving people a hard time? it's called a joke. it is a comment, to contribute to forum participation :D did you notice the neutrally maintained language? it's not offensive, just an observation. do comments and observations really give others a hard time? if it does, then I question the existence of the forum itself, which is full of comments and observations 8-)

If you read all of my posts you would see that the fame is only there because it is how the game measures progress. I don't want to compete for the top spot I want my fame to be replaced with a new statistic so that you who give a rat's rump about it don't have me in your way. I started buying voodoo to protect my guild members from bullies while I taught them the ropes. Some of you like to hit the new players so hard and often that they give up before they get started. You just want no competition, not fair competition. Try your luck and skill on players with closer pirate numbers to yours or with lower numbers and you will have plenty of time and space to forget about me. Admin cannot justify guarding new players from bullies but with the power of numbers in Pirate guilds and the lack of players willing to teach safe gameplay, I can justify my actions in gathering a group of players to make the point that the little guy can't.
